  • Assessments

    During our assessments, we will document all components including the network and security infrastructures, server hardware and operating systems (OS), backup configuration and policies and critical applications include (application) workflows. An example of an assessment is the following:

    • Discover details including all physical hardware, operating system versions and levels, OS licensing, storage space required, performance reports and the deliverable is a report and diagram allow with recommendations for a consolidation to multiple virtualization platforms based on needs.   • Server Consolidation

    During a server consolidation effort, the information gathered during the assessment phase of the project will utilized to size the new server, network and storage infrastructures as well as develop new procedures for management, monitoring and backup and recovery.

  • Implementation

    During the assessment phase of a project, we will analyze your environment and make recommendations based on a best practices and our experience. During the implementation phase, we will develop a project plan for the required tasks and execute them to exceed your goals and objectives.

  • Technical Support

    Throughout the course of year, you may require technical support for hardware and software or require staff augmentation. Our staff of engineers and architects can provide phone, on-site and remote technical support for a wide variety of technologies. In addition, for premium support we offer blocks of hours or service contracts which add increase response time, holiday and after hours support.
