Desktop Specialist II
The Desktop Specialist will be focused on providing first level IT support to one of Merrimac’s primary customers by helping to assess and troubleshoot basic hardware, software and network issues. In addition to providing support via phone, this role requires the Desktop Specialist to travel between local client office to install and configure desktop hardware, laptops, smartphones and other devices such as printers and scanners.
In addition to supporting on-premise devices and applications, the Desktop Specialist II, will also participate in on-boarding new customers to the Merrimac m.brella Managed Cloud and supporting the platforms and applications we deliver such as VMWare Virtual Machines, Microsoft Dynamics and CRM, Citrix Sharefile and XenDesktop.
